Make-up Lessons/Classes/Camps
We do not offer make-up lessons/classes/camps for absentees at the moment.
Substitutions
Rainbow Chefs reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if the regularly scheduled instructor is ill or otherwise unable to attend an event.
Care of Students
Rainbow Chefs is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students. Students are not to be left at the venue for excessive time before or after an event.
Photo and Video Release
Rainbow Chefs is hereby granted permission to take photographs or video of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials created. Permission is also hereby granted for Rainbow Chefs to copyright such photographs or videos in its name.
Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Rainbow Chefs, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or any injury sustained at the venue of an event resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after lesson time.
Insurance: Emergency Medical Care
The child and parent concerned are and should be covered, throughout the program, by a policy of comprehensive health and accident insurance which provides coverage for injuries and illness that the parent or the child may sustain or experience while participating in the activities or programs of Rainbow Chefs.
In the event that the parent cannot be reached in an emergency, Rainbow Chefs staff are authorized to secure from any licensed hospital, physician or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for concerned child’s immediate medical treatment or hospital care and the parent must be responsible for payment of any and all charges and fees for medical services rendered.
